Each lamp is made to order rather than kept in stock, so there's a production period before yours is ready to send. During busy periods, high demand can make this take a little longer, but rest assured we get every order made and shipped out as soon as it possibly can be. Once your lamp has been made and ships, delivery typically takes around 14 days to reach you depending on location. Thank you for your patience.

Just wipe it gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can dull the resin's finish over time.

Because each one is separately poured and uses wood, there will be tiny natural variations in the grain, the resin, and the way the light catches it. That's the beauty of your lamp, it's genuinely one of a kind and will never be identical to anyone else's.

Each lamp is made from clear epoxy resin and real wood. The resin forms the clear glowing body and the wood gives it a warm natural base and since every piece of wood is unique, no two lamps are exactly the same.
